JOHANNESBURG – Joburg Mayor Kabelo Gwamanda will deliver his second State of the City Address on Thursday.
He will unveil plans for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of essential services.
Gwamanda will also brief on the city’s strategies aimed at enhancing safety and security.

The City of Joburg has been governed by a coalition and this led to instability and hampered service delivery.
